PMAY – PM Launching Housing for All Scheme Today in Nagpur

On birth ceremony of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, PM is going to launch "Housing for All Scheme." 42,000 houses will be constructed under 21 Housing Projects on 14 April 2017 in Maharashtra, which will cost upto Rs. 3,100 crore.



Houses will be constructed in Wanjara, Chikhli Devathan also at Waddhamana in Nagpur district, Pimpalgaon, Datala (Chandrapur), Akoli, Seoni, Buldhana.

Government would provide land for Housing Project at Rs. 01 per sq. meter to concerned agencies also subsidy to buyers for buying flats.

Stamp Duty will cost Rs. 1,000 for EWS category candidates. This housing project is expected to be finished within 24 to 36 months.

UIT Kota Parth Apartment Housing Scheme 2017 - Applicant List

Urban Improvement Trust of Kota had offered flats for allotment under Kota Housing Scheme at Devli Arab. Flats were located at Parth Apartment. Candidates who were waiting for Kota to launch housing scheme, they had applied for it. Registrations were opened till 18 Feb 2017. UIT received applications from candidates in a huge number. After verifying them all, list of all eligible candidates has been released.
