Much awaited housing scheme named as MHADA Lottery 2017 is expected to be advertised in starting of July this year to invite applications for allotment of 880 houses in Mumbai. Authority has decided to build houses at various locations including: Charkop, Vikhroli, Goregaon, Mulund & Tunga-Powai.  Due to high demand & lack of land in Mumbai, most of Mumbaikars are dependent on MHADA Lottery to buy houses. To provide benfits of this houisng scheme to every section of the society, authority considers to keep few housing units reserved for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) candidates.
