MHADA Lottery 2017 Mumbai Soon to be Launched

MHADA Lottery 2017 - Now wait no more, MHADA is expected to launch it's much awaited housing scheme named as MHADA Lottery 2017 in month of July this year. People who ever wished to buy their own house in Mumbai, they would be very glad to know that MHADA Lottery 2017 is all set to be rolled out for selling about 800 units of houses. Due to higher demand of houses in Mumbai, most of people are dependent on housing schemes launched by the authority.


Houses offered by Maharashtra Housing Area Development Authority are located at various locations in Mumbai. Considering need of houses, authority has reserved housing units for weaker section of the society. Candidates belonging to different categories can also Apply for MHADA Lottery 2017.

Just some minor preparations are to be completed. After that authority will start advertising for MHADA Lottery 2017. Applications will be invited from interested candidates to bridge the gap for houses & to provide houses at reasonable prices to families, who were hardly willing to have their own house.

Mumbai government has introduced various housing schemes, now Mahakamgar Awas Yojana has been introduced to provide affordable dwelling unit for construction workers working in Maharashtra. Beneficiaries can avail benefits of  PM Awas Yojana & easy home loan facility under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme. Government proposed around 2.5 lakh houses to be constructed in Mumbai, which are located at various locations. This initiative would work for the welfare of Maharashtra Construction Worker by providing affordable houses. Candidates who always wished to have their own house, they can Apply for Mahakamgar Awas Yojana 2017. Construction of houses would be done in association with PMAY & MHADA through a joint venture.
