Houses will be provided to EWS Candidates having annual income Rs. 3 lakh or less & LIG candidates having annual income Rs. 3-6 lakh.

UPAVP (Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad) has again extended last date of UPAVP Sharda Enclave Avadh Vihar Yojana Sector-5 & UPAVP Vrindavan Yojana No-4, Sector-13, Lucknow upto 1st May 2017 for registrations. Registrations were opened from 9th January to 31st March 2017 for UPAVP Sharda Enclave Avadh Vihar Yojana Sector-5  Registrations were accepted from 5th January to 31st March 2017 for UPAVP Vrindavan Yojana No-4, Sector-13, Lucknow Both of housing schemes offers flats for two categories EWS & LIG . UPAVP has published separate lists for MIG (Middle Income Group) & HIG (High Income Group) UPAVP invited application for allotment of MIG & HIG flats from 3rd October to 31st December 2016 . On birth ceremony of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, PM is going to launch "Housing for All Scheme." 42,000 houses will be constructed under 21 Housing Projects on 14 April 2017 in Maharashtra , which will cost upto Rs. 3,100 crore. Houses will be constructed in Wanjara, Chikhli Devathan also at Waddhamana in Nagpur district, Pimpalgaon, Datala (Chandrapur), Akoli, Seoni, Buldhana. Government would provide land for Housing Project at Rs. 01 per sq. meter to concerned agencies also subsidy to buyers for buying flats. Stamp Duty will cost Rs. 1,000 for EWS category candidates. This housing project is expected to be finished within 24 to 36 months.
