Apply for Mumbai Mahakamgar Awas Yojana 2017

Mumbai government has introduced various housing schemes, now Mahakamgar Awas Yojana has been introduced to provide affordable dwelling unit for construction workers working in Maharashtra. Beneficiaries can avail benefits of  PM Awas Yojana & easy home loan facility under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme.

Government proposed around 2.5 lakh houses to be constructed in Mumbai, which are located at various locations. This initiative would work for the welfare of Maharashtra Construction Worker by providing affordable houses. Construction of houses would be done in association with PMAY & MHADA through a joint venture. Only registered workers are eligible to get housing unit under Mumbai Awas Yojana. Also beneficiaries would be selected on other basis.

Home loan taken by any construction worker, will be payed in ratio of 80:20 by Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board & allotee.
