Apply for JDA Jodhpur Housing Scheme 2017 for Residential Plots

JDA Jodhpur has introduced a series of housing schemes for allotment of 1,716 residential plots located at various locations in Jodhpur. Schemes launched by JDA are as follows - Ganga Vihar Awasiya Yojana 2017, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Vihar Awasiya Yojana 2017, Anand Vihar Awasiya Yojana 2017. Candidates have a broad range of housing schemes, they can choose any of them that they wish.


 Authority has started inviting application from general public through online and offline mode as well. By considering weaker section of the society, Jodhpur Development Authority has reserved number of plots for candidates belonging to various categories. Make sure that you pay your registration fee along with application form before the deadline.

Interested candidates can Apply for JDA Housing Scheme to buy a plot. A different number of plots in various sizes are available in all housing schemes for sale. Soon, lottery draw program will be held for successful allotment of plots to beneficiaries under these Housing Schemes.

Mumbai government has introduced various housing schemes, now Mahakamgar Awas Yojana has been introduced to provide affordable dwelling unit for construction workers working in Maharashtra. Beneficiaries can avail benefits of  PM Awas Yojana & easy home loan facility under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme. Government proposed around 2.5 lakh houses to be constructed in Mumbai, which are located at various locations. This initiative would work for the welfare of Maharashtra Construction Worker by providing affordable houses. Candidates who always wished to have their own house, they can Apply for Mahakamgar Awas Yojana 2017. Construction of houses would be done in association with PMAY & MHADA through a joint venture.
